1. Parties These terms govern purchases made on leomendez.co between the customer and Leo Méndez, a trading entity registered in the Czech Republic.

2. Product Information We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are made from genuine grain nappa leather.

3. Payment Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Withdrawal Right In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. Our policy extends this to 15 working days as a gesture of goodwill. Personalized items are exempt from this right unless faulty.

5. Complaints If you have a complaint, contact us at hello@leomendez.co. We will respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) at coi.cz for alternative dispute resolution.

6. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution As required by EU law, we inform you that the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Amendments We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will not affect existing orders.
