Leo Méndez was born with a simple idea: elevate the daily walk of pet owners. We source full-grain nappa leather from the outskirts of La Sabana de Bogotá, Colombia and craft each piece by hand, in small batches, with the same care you’d expect from a favorite accessory—because it is one.

Leo Méndez works in full-grain nappa from Villa del Río, Bogotá. We choose hides for a buttery hand, natural grain, and dye-through color so the tone stays rich and the leather softens into a subtle sheen with wear. Edges are hand-smoothed, painted, and sealed for comfort. Where strength matters, we braid or reinforce; where touch matters, we keep profiles seamless.
